In Statistical and Actuarial Sciences, you will ollect, analyze and model data through mathematical and computing systems. The department at Western encourages collaboration between faculty and students and is home to one of the best equipped computing labs on campus! There are four different program options within this department:

Progression Requirements
To progress into the second year of the Bachelor of Science in the Faculty of Science at Western University, with 10 one-term classes (5.0 courses) toward your degree upon successful completion of the International Year One: Science program if you meet the following requirements:
- A minimum overall cumulative average of 60%
- Completion of 10 one-term classes (5.0 courses) in the WesternIC International Year One: Science program
Each program of study will have specific course requirements for progression to year two modules. WesternIC Student Success Advisors will support your course planning to ensure you are meeting prerequisites to progress to your intended program of study.
