Professional Master’s Admissions Requirements

Entry into the Master’s Qualifying Pathway (MQP) requires the successful completion of a 4-year honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university or college with a minimum 70% average (average based on the last two years of the degree). Please note that this degree must be a Bachelor of Engineering. Individual subject requirements will depend on specific fields of study.* Students with a similar degree in another discipline may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants are required to submit all official post-secondary transcripts. WesternIC will also require applicants to submit a copy of a current resume/CV as well as a Statement of Purpose. The Statement of Purpose should explain why you would like to pursue Graduate studies, as well as what you hope you achieve from the program.
